കാഞ്ഞിരംവിള ദേവിക്ഷേത്രം
The temple's annual festival, known as Chathannoor Pooram, takes place on Makara Bharani. Within the temple complex, there are two sanctum sanctorums, each featuring its own flagpost, where Goddess Durga and Goddess Bhadra are venerated. The temple includes a chuttambalam and a square sanctum sanctorum, with the deity depicted in a seated posture. This festival is particularly renowned for its procession of caparisoned elephants. In addition to Chathannoor Pooram, other significant festivals celebrated at the temple are Kumbha Bharani, Navratri, Thrikarthika, and Thiruvathira, which occurs in Dhanu Masam. Kanjiramvila Bhagavathi Temple serves as both a pilgrimage site and a tourist attraction located in Chathannoor, drawing many international visitors during the Gajamela event.
